      Rob Bowers,  Proprietor
Rob started B&B productions in 1992 with the express
desire of providing high quality sound for his band at the
time. Soon after, Rob found himself in demand by other
      local musicians.

An avid musician of 25 years, Rob is classically trained and has
performed since the age of 12. His main instruments are bass guitar
and trombone. His background covers genres such as classical, jazz,
contemporary, classic rock, blues, rockabilly, and alternative rock.

Rob brings a diverse background to his engineering tasks as well. An electrician by trade, his trouble shooting
skills are exceptional. As an engineer Rob brings a fast paced organization to the otherwise usually chaotic
atmosphere of live sound reinforcement. Rob’s philosophy of providing a well-balanced house mix and top
notch monitoring systems have proved successful for many local, regional, and national acts.

Rob has a strong connection with the performers and stresses the attributes of a proper monitoring system,
without it, the performers won’t have fun and be able to put on their best show possible. He truly believes that
both the performers and the audience rely on him to bring out the best sound possible. He has been an engineer
for over 15 years and continually seeks out further knowledge through course offerings and seminars in the
industry.

      Dave Teadwell
Dave joined B&B in October 1998. Dave is a father of
two and enjoys music. Dave has been involved in sound
reinforcement for over 15 years.

Dave is a punctual, attentive sound guy that is well liked by our clients.
He believes in "the right gear for  the right application". Dave has co-
designed and built several of our systems from the ground up. With
strong trouble shooting skills, he is a definite asset to have around
when your situation gets complex or things go awry.

      Hannah Frank
Hannah joined B&B in August 2003. Hannah is a student
at the Art Institute of Chicago studying sound, as well as
drawing and painting.

She has been running sound with B&B productions for several years now
and loves it. She plays electric guitar, acoustic guitar, piano, and is a
singer-songwriter. She is friendly and professional and works to make your
band sound great! Hannah does a great job and our clients are very fond
of her & request her on a regular basis.

      Matthew Szura
Matt joined B&B in October 2004. Matt has been a
musician since 1989, playing a wide range of instruments
from woodwinds, percussion, and strings!

Accomplished at the guitar, he has been in numerous types of bands,
ranging from metal to jazz. Always striving to create the best, well
balanced sound for all of his efforts. He continues to learn off of other
musicians and engineers with whom he works with. He feels that his
best results are attained by adding proper dynamics, digital effects,

and a well-tuned monitoring system. Keeping the stage under control greatly affects any house mix. He loves to
play, and loves to play live. This helps him to bring excellent ideas of what every musician would like to hear. No
musician enjoys a bad sound, and neither does the technician. Matt is a great sound guy, and is often requested
by many of our clients.
